Estimated Delivery times

Our aim is for orders placed before 15.00 to leave on the same day, however during busy times, please allow up to 24 hours for despatch.  Each item also shows an estimated despatch time, 24hrs for in-stock items. In all cases, we try to meet the delivery times stated for each service offered below.

We do our best to keep our site stock information accurate, but in some cases, for example where there is very low stock, we may sell out quickly and be 'oversold'. We will endeavour to contact you with a realistic ETA in these cases.

Order not received / checking on your order?

If you already placed an order, and you want to find out when it will be delivered, please read the following:

Delivery not arrived:

Please go through these steps

Step 1) If your order has been despatched, you will have received an email confirming this. Based on the service you chose, and your location, please see the delivery table here where you can find out how long the item will be in transit. Please note that for Royal Mail (UK) deliveries, we ask you to allow up to 7 working days. This may be longer with international deliveries.

We use couriers for orders above £50 GBP and for urgent orders. We normally send tracking numbers for these shipments so you can track them online. Please note that this information is not always available when our delivery is being made from a different warehouse or from a supplier.

If your item has not been despatched, please see the item description which offers an estimated lead time. For items which are not in stock, you should receive an email from us with an estimated delivery date. If you do not have this information, please email us to ask what the ETA is for your item

Step 2) Please check your delivery address. Some customers do write their details incorrectly, or use the wrong delivery address.

Step 3) Track your parcel online if we have sent you tracking information. This also allows you to contact your courier to query the whereabouts of your parcel. The tracking number is in the despatch confirmation we sent you.

Please note that Royal Mail orders below £50 do not carry tracking information.

Step 4) Check for a calling card or with your neighbours. Royal Mail, and couriers, should leave a card if you are out or they are unable to get a reply at the door.

Step 6) Email us for assistance. Email is the best way to get in touch as we can provide more accurate delivery information once we have had the chance to accumulate information about your order and contact anyone involved.

Our email for placed-orders is orders@proviation.co.uk
