In shopping with Proviation Pilot Shop, we want to ensure you are delighted with the entire ordering process, including the seamless and  prompt delivery of your items. Please read on for full information on this process.

When will my order be dispatched?

We pride ourselves on same-day dispatch before 1500 (UK local), on all in-stock items. Item availability and likely dispatch time is shown in the item description. We will always contact you if there is any delay to your order. Please be aware of any estimated dispatch times shown in the item overview.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders below £50.00, and under 1kg are sent by Royal Mail First Class post, or Airmail for overseas orders.

Orders above £50.00 or 1Kg are sent by Express Next-Day Courier services, and will require a signature on arrival.

Choose your delivery address:

You may choose to have your order shipped to wherever is most convenient for you.

Choose a delivery date:

For your convenience, we will also attempt to deliver on a day most suitable for you. While this is not guaranteed, it is a service valued highly by our customers. You may inform us of a delivery date during checkout.

Urgent Orders

We regularly ship charts, and essential equipment using priority services. Contact us if this is required and we'll be delighted to help.

Proviation Same Day Delivery Service (UK Only) 

We offer a same-day urgent delivery service. This can be used for any in-stock aircraft parts, aircraft accessories, or pilot supplies. If you have an urgent requirement for your operation- call us to see what we can do for you.

There is limited availability for this service, which must be booked before 1200L. Please contact us if you require this service.
