Our Managing Director graduated with a degree in Air Safety at Loughborough University, and is a member of the International Society of Air Safety Investigators (ISASI)
Via our aviation consultancy, flySBA, we have also worked in quality management, and the implementation of EU-OPS, and Safety Management Systems, now mandatory for all AOC-holders.
We offer at least a one year warranty on all products. If you find a product to be at all defective, or with the potential to adversely affect flight in any way, you must inform us and return the product, which we will replace or refund at once.
We carefully quality-control every item, and any discrepancies must be brought to our attention in order to enact preventative measures.
With this in mind we cannot accept responsibility for any product which has an adverse affect on flight. The responsibility rests firstly with the user, and secondly with the manufacturer. We will endeavour to facilitate communications with the manufacturer in the event that a defect occurs. We will also offer product and warranty support on every item, in order to get defects, and resulting repairs, resolved.
Defects must be reported prior to use of the product. Any product found to be defective during use should be reported, and measures will be taken to investigate the cause.
