Complaints handling:
Please email complaints@proviationshop.co.uk if you have a problem with our service and we'll try to put this right as soon as possible! In 2015 online companies are obliged by European law to carry a link on their website to an EU signposting page referring your customers with complaints to a provider of Online Dispute Resolution. Proviation intends to sign-up to this programme in advance of 2015 in order to provide more peace of mind for our customers.

Please note. You must get in touch prior to returning a product to us so an RMA number can be allocated. You can complete the returns form here.
